Refund for item that doesn't work, seller doesn't accept returns
I purchased a used stereo receiver which the seller claimed "works great!". The seller advised that they didn't accept returns. Once it arrived, I connected it to my theater system and discovered that it DOES NOT function correctly. Can Ebay issue me a refund since I can't return the item?

You will need to return it to get a refund. The seller’s return policy does not apply when an item is not as described.
Go to your purchase history - select return this item. Under reasons select does not match the description, and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or a refund. If he doesn't, or says he can not send a label, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
