Within 30 days of the latest estimated delivery date per the eBay Money Back Guarantee: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
If the file a claim for that you have to upload the tracking number to the claim for your protection.
If you print your labels through eBay you have some additional protection in the event you lose a claim that the Buyer did not receive their item. If the item is delivered after the Buyer is refunded, confirmed by tracking, eBay will reimburse you for the transaction.
