Refund For Item Not Delivered
I bought items from an eBay seller a few months ago. The seller never provided a tracking number, so when I requested one, they kept saying they would provide soon. This went on for weeks. Now it has been a couple of months and the 90-day time period for a refund has passed with the seller stringing me along. The seller now no longer responds to my emails. I need to contact eBay customer service and talk to a real person to get a refund because the automated chat option is no help. How can I get in touch with customer service to get a refund for items never delivered?

Mentor2 years agoeBay's money back guarantee can be invoked within 30 days of the last estimated delivery date shown in your purchase history. After that, eBay cannot help.

Never let a seller string you along past the deadline or you lose your chance for a refund through eBay.
You may still have some recourse through your payment method. PayPal and many credit cards offer up to six months protection from the date of purchase.
