Refund for item not arriving
I have an item that I bought back on November 10th of 2023 and the time has not arrived. The item was never even dropped off at the shipping service locations for delivery. I need to get a full refund for this item but eBay just is not giving me the option to do so. They keep asking me to request a refund because of the item not arriving and then when I go to do so it says the item might still be on the way. If I have not received it by November 20th open a request. So that is when I go right back to do so and end up going around in circles. I am not sure what to do and I needed the money back days ago so I can get the actual part my customer needs. If I am not able to do so I could lose my business at the hands of some eBay scam and at that point it would be really bad on eBay's part

Mentor2 years agoGo to your Purchase History and locate the purchased item. What is the last estimated delivery date? You have up to 30 days past that date in order to file an Item Not Received case, to get your money back.
If it is past the 30 day limit, you will need to log into Paypal and file an
Item Not Received case there, if that is how you paid, as they allow up to 180 days from date of purchase to file, to get your money back.
If you paid with a credit card, file a charge back with your credit card issuer.
