Refund for item
Seeking help on this......I accepted an offer on an item I had for sale yesterday and before the buyer could purchase decided he had purchased the wrong item. The buyer sent me a "cancel order" request so I thought no problem. Now it looks as though the buyer received a "refund" and I have been charged ebay fees. Will ebay cancel these items in a day or so? Why is the buyer refunded funds that were never sent? At least I never received them. Anyone else every experienced something like?
Transaction breakdown
Buyer refund-$111.50
Fee credits$17.12
Net-$94.38

The payment was made automatically when you accepted the offer, unless you have declined automatic payment in your seller preferences.
You can track back to the original payment through your payment account - https://www.ebay.com/mes/transactionlist?sh=true
Click on the refund - it will show the order #. Click on the order # - it will take you to the order details. Click on payment details, and it will show you the original payment record and the refund.
Or you can copy the order # and enter it in the search box on the transaction history page.
