Refund for faulty item after a period
Bought a phone charger from a seller "hotsale-0818" about two months ago. Now it does not work any more.
Tried to contact the seller couple of times but no response. Later asked eBay for help but they could not as 30 days has passed. Is it still possible claim refund from the seller? Help appreciated

Mentor2 years agoIf you paid with Paypal, you can file a Returns Request as they allow up to 180 days from date of transaction to file a case. Last resort is to file a charge back with your credit card issuer if that is how you paid.
