Refund for fake item
I bought 'new' golf wedges from a seller at the end of the season. They looked real to all casual inspection. I could only play them a couple times, and they did not feel right. I took them to a golf shop, and they confirmed they were fake. I contacted the seller, and they immediately sent me a UPS label to return them, and promised a refund. I did return them, and confirmed receipt, but it has been two weeks since they arrived, and I have not received any response or my refund. I now have no clubs and am out the money.eBay says their buyer protection does not apply, but it is unclear why. What are my options? Thanks!
