refund for defective item
I purchased shock absorbers for my vehicle. After installation I got a persistent error message on my car's display. After a few weeks, I took it to a shop and the diagnosis showed one of the shocks electrical component was defective. Now the seller will not respond and the seller is no longer selling items on eBay. Is there a way to get a replacement or compensation for this defective item?
