OP3 years agoI opened the return for refund form but realized it was for returning an item which I am not because the seller told me not to so I closed it and now I’m stuck and can’t do anything about it. This is so confusing why do I have to do anything if I’ve contacted the buyer and they said they would refund me.

Mentor3 years agoWhen you filed the Returns Request, the seller could have refunded you without having you return the item. Now that you have closed the case, the seller can still refund you. Advise the seller to g to your Order, click the down-arrow, click Send Refund, select a reason, select the amount, Submit.
