Refund for counterfeit item identification

I purchased some medical supplements and communicated with the eBay seller immediately, but was assured the packaging was changed by the manufacturer. I did not use the supplements for concerns about authenticity. Now, three months later I bough the genuine article and verified that the seller sold a fake product.

Is there anything I can do to 1. Notify eBay this is a counterfeit seller, 2. Get my money back. The â€œHelp menues and bots are useless, since the return window is closed after 30 days. Is there any way one can talk to a human on eNay these days?

You have waited too long for help from eBay, but you may have some recourse through your payment method. Many credit cards offer up to six months of protection from the date of purchase for items that are not as described.
