Refund for cancelled shipping labels
So I printed a shipping label through eBay only to find out it had an old address I lived at. I cancelled it and verified my current address and it was correct. I paid for another label and it was the wrong one again. Cancelled that label and shipped on my own. When I got paid out the two label fees weren’t refunded. I can’t find anything in the FAQs for this situation and the automated system didn’t help at all. How can I rectify this problem? Do I need to call eBay and pray to speak to someone with a pulse? @@Links to members

If your voided labels were from USPS it can take up to 21 days for USPS to approve or reject the refund. They want to make sure you it was not used. You will receive an email when you have been refunded.

OP2 years agoThank you. I actually was able to speak with someone at eBay after I posted this and they said the same. I was also able to find out how to change my shipping from address as well.
