Refund for cancelled order
I cancelled an order within ten hours, have had no response from seller. A note posted that my request was denied. I contacted ebay, was told that ebay issued that post, that a ten-day waiting period was required, that I would get a refund. I have spent hours trying to contact ebay with automated responses.
How can I contact a human being to get a refund? Over $160 is the amount.

You cannot unilaterally cancel a purchase on ebay, all you can do is send a cancellation request. The seller is not required to accept the request. The note you received means that the seller has denied your request, Read the info in the link below.

No human ebay rep can get you a refund, so don't hold your breath waiting for one.
