refund for buyer, due to ebays fault
I shipped a package overseas and printed a label with Ebay . I sent the package and it was returned due to the address not being in English. Ebay refunded the buyer the full amount because they said the package was lost. It was not lost. I had called ebay and told them the problem. I was assured I would not be responsible the the shipping cost. I filed an appeal and it was denied. Ebay reps lie to you to get you off the phone!! They deducted my account for the shipping. Don't believe what customer service tells you. They lie. It was Ebays fault but I have to pay for their mistakes. BEWARE SMALL SELLERS, eBAY IS AGAINST YOU!!!
