REFUND FOR AN OLD ORDER
I sold an item on January 14th, 2025. It showed "delivered" on April 3rd, 2025. Package arrived back in my mailbox as undeliverable on April 16th, 2025. When I pulled up the original order page and tried to give a refund, it did not have that option anywhere on the page as a more recent order would have. How do I give this buyer a refund now that the order is about 90 days old?
