refund for an item well past it's time to do so?
I purchased a Christmas themed DVD in December of 2022 and didn't get around to watching it at the time. I opened it 2 days ago and found there wasn't a DVD in the case, it was empty. The case was wrapped as if it came off the shelf at a store. I sent a message to the seller and they replied they couldn't do anything as it's over their 90 policy claim. I get that and this isn't a big deal, but a seller with over 2.8 million feedback postings I would expect them to at least try. Am I wrong?

Mentor2 years agoIf you don't open a return within 30 days of receipt, there is nothing eBay will do. The seller cannot even see the transaction after 90 days.
