refund for an item that wore out prematurely.
hey all, I am asking a seller for a refund for an automotive part. They have agreed to a refund, but it has been 2 years since the purchase. It is way past the 90 days that seller hub allows for refunds. The seller is asking for my paypal information. I am not sure exactly if it is safe to give it. anybody have experience with this? what should I do?/ thanks.
