Refund for an item that never arrived

I ordered a custom subwoofer box on February 6 24, as of today. May 10 24 it still has not arrived and the seller stopped responding April 2. Contacting eBay has been a joke. A circle of prompts that has no resolve.

When was the last estimated date of delivery? If you purchased it in February, I would think that date has long passed. You had 30 days after that date to open a case on eBay for a refund. If that has passed, eBay canâ€™t help you. If you paid through PayPal, they allow 180 days to file for a refund, or you can reach out to your bank or credit card company.
