Refund for an item
Hi everyone! I have a delimma. This never happened to me. At all! I won a bid on an item on eBay in November 2022 in which the item didn’t shipped out until March 2023. I have kept in touched with the seller. Followed up with the seller. Seller said that he had shipped out the item and provided me with tracking number. However, that tracking number indicates that they are waiting on the product. I followed up with the seller again it would be excuses and days or weeks before I get a reply. I have contacted eBay to assist with this and they said they can’t help me. We’re talking over $200. Please help!

Ebay cannot help you since the time has expired to use Ebay's 30 day Money Back Guarantee.

Neither Paypal nor your credit card company will help with a transaction that is 10 months old.
