Refund for a shipping label
I canceled a shipping label for a sale that the buyer cancelled and i haven’t received the money back for the shipping label yet. Its been two weeks and i cant find a way to speak to anyone at ebay about it. I just get in an endless loop with the online assistant. Please help!!

Once you cancel an unused shipping label, you should see the refund in approximately 21 days. I have never received a refund sooner than that.
