i purchased an item that was defective so i returned it for a refund but did not receive a refund. i emailed the seller but got no response. now what recource do i have

Did you return the watch through an eBay Return Case?
If so, "Ask eBay to Step In"
If you returned it privately to the seller, you may have to file a chargeback with your payment method.
