Refund failed
Hi paid a buyer a partial refund but I got a message immediately that the refund failed.
Later I got mail from ebay saying:
The buyer is still waiting for their partial refund because the refund did not go through. Please refund them now. |
I tried again but still not working!
What's goin on here? |
