Refund even though account says: no returns
What’s the purpose of saying in preferences no returns unless the description of the item is incorrect and then forcing the seller to do the refund. My description was correct. I did everything by the rules. I kept my promise and my word. The item was in pristine condition and exactly the way it was described. The eBay cornered me and made me refund the money involuntarily after representative told me that it’s going to be resolved in my favor. They promised one thing and did the complete opposite. They cornered me and took my money without my permission. What’s the purpose of saying “no returns†then? The buyer just ordered by mistake or needed a different size. Lack of integrity and professionalism. Did anybody have similar experience?

·3 years agoAs you've found out, No Returns does not mean No Refunds.
Ebay doesn't see the the item you ship or the item buyer receives and they have no way to tell who is telling the truth, so they always side with the buyer.
When the item is returned and it doesn't have the problem as the buyer stated, you can report them for abusing the MBG.
You gave them permission when you listed the item.
