Refund Difficulty
I am trying to return an item, but when it was time to send me a shipping label, no purchase could be found. I tried the contact route, but the automated process didn't solve the problem and my request to contact an agent was ignored. eBay says, "We are here for you?" Where? I purchased as a guest. Are all guests treated like this?
