Refund didnt come to my account

Hi All ,

i have paid 945$ for product on ebay , then the seller has canceled the order and made refund , it show on emay it does take 3-5 days for getting back into my account

now we have passed 8 day and notheing refunded

i tried to report to ebay , however the ebay support is all AI and automated support , which i couldnt get any response

can someone share with me the email for ebay , so i can send them an email with my case

If you paid using a credit card, it could be a month or more before the refund shows up.
