Refund denied and item was fake how can I contact a live support person
I purchased a pair of Yeezy foam runners from a seller. I’m having a complete knee replacement and ACL reconstruction and wanted comfortable footwear for pt. I thought I was scoring a deal. Seller had decent reviews ect. I received my item. Within 5 mins of being handed the package I tried them on and sent the seller a message. He rudely ignored me and said sales are final. His description claims his items are authentic. The Yeezys I got are clearly FAKE which is why they also didn’t fit. I’ve tried to contact the seller no response I’ve tried all I can on eBay and even called and couldn’t get a live person I’m out a lot of money while out of work for this injury and surgery and I’m fuming I’ll never buy on eBay again what can I do

eBay has a solution for you. Go to the item in your Purchase history and file a return claim for Not as described, does not match pictures or description. This type of claim bypasses a Seller's No returns accepted policy, you get a pre-paid shipping label with tracking to return the item.
Once the Seller has the item back they have 2 days to refund you. If they don't you go back to the claim and ask eBay to step in to force the refund.
Sorry this happened, those kind of sellers give eBay and the good Sellers out there a bad name.
