Refund delay or ignored
It seems all I can do is email customer service. It takes up to 48 hrs to get a response from emails. There is No option to call or be called.
I am struggling to get a refund on two purchases. Same seller same COUNTERFIT coins. The seller offered me $20 back out of $71.01 and I guess I keep the fake coins.
Ebay seems to be going out of their way to ignore me. I paid for the coins on Dec 27. I filed a claim the day I received them, over two weeks ago.
Where do I go for help.

Try that first otherwise contact customer service on social media would be the best option.

OP8 months agoOh yes. In fact I’ve been told twice by two different ages that eBay would cover this loss. Twice now I have been put on a five day hold. The last five days are up and I cannot contact eBay as there has been NO refund issued. It’s been a month. And now no phone contact is offered.
ebay sent me a dispute claim which I did. All this is why I need to talk to someone. The system is me hanging.
Am I the only one? If so my bad and I am lost.
