Refund delay
Hi community,
09/11 i returned an order.
13/11 arrived and 14/11 seller and ebay confirm a refund. As they say this needs 3-5 business days to be completed . 11 days later and nothing yet.
Ebay automatic help just says the case is closed.
Seller just confirmed the refund.
But I can't see my money.
I contact paypal and told me they see no refund issue for my purchase so i opened a case.
Do you have any suggestions?

Mentor2 years agoRefunds go back to the funding source. You stated you paid with Paypal. So what payment method did you select in Paypal? If it was a credit card, it can take up to one billing cycle for the refund to show up on your statement.

OP2 years agoIt was a prepaid card and usually in 3-5 days i can see the refund in my card.
The thing is that i contacted PayPal and they can't see any refund issue for my purchase
