Refund customer returned fake
Any idea how to cancel refund in progress customer is returning fake not original. Have not received in mail. I agreed to refund too quickly After questioning why refund was told incorrect info from buyer. Refund has not been sent but has been approved

Mentor3 years agoIf you click to Refund the buyer, it cannot be cancelled. Once you do that, the buyer is not required to return the item.
