My son bought me a chair massager, it was broken. We had started the return process. My husband printed out the return label, went and sent it out, I have proof of return and proof of them receiving it. He had missed the email for the return from ebay. They had apparently closed the return case, and there is no where to get ahold of anyone from ebay to speak to about this. The seller has not replied. The item was 205 dollars. How can I go about getting my money back?

Try these steps to get past the bot to contact customer service>
Click this link> https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-items-not-received-refunds-buyers/return-item-refund?id=404...
Then select Something else from chat
Type Incomplete refund
Then type AGENT
I just tested to see if I could get past the bot using these prompts and it worked.
