Refund case closed, how I can reopen the refund

I tried to refund an order, and initially the seller declined my refund, so the refund case is closed, but I finally got an mutual agreement from seller to refund, how I can reopen the refund case? Any suggestion?

@fatoji You should have asked eBay to step in and help while the case was open if the item was not as described the seller can't refuse to refund.

However, once you close a case on eBay you can not open a new one.

The seller can issue you a refund from the drop down menu next to the sold item if it's not past 90 days if they wish to do so, but eBay can not force them to do so.

Your only other options would be PayPal or a chargeback with your bank or credit card if the item was significantly not as described.
