refund buyer to fast
hi am very desappointment with ebay i have a following of 10k on tiktok and facebook just made a video like many out there already about there no sellet guaranteed ebay always on buyer side this ithe was ship it was delay in shipping and ebay refund be=uyer now it show it was delivery in buyer nail box ebay tells me to make a claim with usps they wont tale a cliam because it show deliver not lost i have sold over 100k with ebay but lost all my trust that why i been seller on whatnot they do care for the seller why because we are the one that for the fees and there fees are a lot lower then ebay look at all the tiktok about ebay fees, who know if this buyer is lieing aboy=ut not getting the silver coin he got his money back thabks ebay and free coins thanks to ebay that why all the scammer buy on ebay because ebay make it easy for them to scam seller. Thank you again for losing more money !!

Mentor8 months agoIf the item did not arrive to the buyer when the estimated date of delivery had passed by at least 1 day, they were able to file a refund request. If tracking did not indicate that the item had been delivered, Ebay would find in favor of the buyer and issue a refund. The buyer cannot lie about not receiving the item on time since Ebay relies on tracking to confirm date of delivery.
If the buyer received the item after they have been refunded by Ebay, you are allowed to reach out and ask if they are willing to repay you for the item through Paypal, etc.
Be aware that the buyer is NOT obligated to repay for the item.
