Refund but I don't have the card anymore
Hi does anyone know how to contact a person or have a phone number for customer service? Not the stupid chat-bot. I have a refund in progress but I don't have that card used for the purchase anymore. Will the refund get denied or will it go on to the new card on file? Thanks!

Mentor2 years agoIf the card is a credit or debit card linked to a bank account, the refund will go to the bank account associated with that card, even if the card has expired or been canceled.
Refunds always go back to the original payment source. In the case of a credit or debit card, that is the bank account. If you canceled a card and got a new card with a new card with a new number, the new card should be associated with the same bank account, unless you actually closed your bank account and opened a new account.
