Refund ASAP
I purchased Beat Headphone October 20 at 9:09 am. The delivery date was October 29th. I haven’t received nor have the seller responded to any of my 4 messages. The item has not been shipped or anything but the seller has my money $158 to be exact. At this point I am entitled to have my money back i no longer want the headphones or will do any more purchases with eBay cause I am not getting the proper help that is needed but I do however want my money back. I’m trying to keep for making a police report and lawsuit on both the seller and eBay but I will if I do get my money back

This is a perfect opportunity to use the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
One day after the last estimated date of delivery, you will be able to open an “item not received†case through the MBG.
Find the purchase in your history and start the process.
