Refund as a seller
I clicked on order return label, showed it cost me $5.64, then when I excepted a return, it isnt showing i had bought a label?
I can't seem to contact a customer service rep for ebay to chat with, only give me options to read.any suggestions how to get to talk to actual person?
This is my first return/refund ever.
