refund as a guest
hey everyone, I have made an order as a guest and it did mot arrive. When I created an account to ask the seller when to expect it the account got suspended and the order canceled. The Ebay support automatic assistant does not understand the problem and I live outside of North America and do not get a call. What can I do? @mingyan168

Mentor2 years agoYou should have received an email with the subject "Guest Order" that has details about tracking and returns. If you cannot find this email, there is a way to resend here:

the key problem is that I never got the package instead it was canceled and I have never been refunded. the email you mention opens a page that does not exist anymore
