Refund as a gift card disappeared
I refunded an item and the seller agreed to refund me in a form of s gift card, i seen it and it was on my checkout. Cart for a second then I refreshed something happened and its disappeared now, i contacted chat help and they said to wait 48 hours and its been almost 4 days later... while my gift card of 114$ is still non existant. I can never contact them apparently ever again unless i make a expensive call abroad to ebay. No email no chat no way to speak to a person from ebay,They let me chat to this bot who is not helpful at all.
