How do you issue refund without getting item returned back , don't want the item returned .

How do you issue refund without getting item returned back , don't want the item returned .

Mentor2 years agoWhen the buyer opens a Return Request there is an option to do that. Otherwise, you can just use the refund button in the drop down menu next to the item.
