Refund an amount after a partial refund was already processed?
Buyer returned their order and did not include all three items. Buyer returned two of the item and said they would return the third item. The return needed closed due to receiving items back. I did a 50% refund thinking I would be able to refund the remaining balance once I received the third item back. I received the item back but cannot refund the remaining balance.

Seller Hub > Orders > Paid & shipped
Locating the transaction, clicking the down-arrow, click Send refund ?
