Refund agreed by seller after return window expired

Question

Seller has agreed to refund me even the return window expired. I have returned the item. Now seller would like issue the payment on my account email address. However, Ebay message does not allow me provide the email address in the message per policy. How can get help to get the seller refund?

The seller can send a refund through eBay.

Here are instructions for your seller

1) Go to your Sold order here: https://www.ebay.com/mys/sold
2) Select "Send Refund" from the drop-down list to the right.
3) You will be able to select the exact amount of the refund to send.
4) Confirm the refund
