Refund after ship back
Hello, I am a seller.
I have got a question.
How can I refund only cost of the goods to the buyer after ship it back from the buyer?
The buyer wants me to refund, the reason is the size was not bigger than the buyer's image.
Actually my list is showing the size and No-return policy, but I would accept the refund at only this time
instead the buyer will ship it back here.

OP1 year agoI just now realized how to make refund for item's cost only,
I can type the amount of the refund. Ok, I can tell the buyer that the buyer can ship the item back right now.
then I will make refund for the buyer after received the item. Thank you for the advice!!

Mentor1 year agoWith your no returns policy, and the buyer's reason, you can require that the buyer pay return shipping when you accept the return. Once the item is Delivered back to you, you can refund the item price only.
