Refund after seller closed the refund
I purchased an item in a kit that did not work. The company closed the refund request without any confirmation on my end. They want me to keep half of the unworking kit for a partial refund. It has been IMPOSSIBLE to contact Ebay. Only get refund closed message every time.

Sellers cannot close a Return Request if the buyer has a valid reason for the return per the Ebay Money Back Guarantee.
What reason did you give for filing the Return Request?
