@jaga-322424 Did you return the phone using the eBay return label from the case?

If yes and it's been at least 2 business days then you can ask eBay to step in and help on the 3rd business day if the seller has not refunded.

How to ask us to step in

Select a reason from the dropdown menu, then select Confirm.
