Refund after months
I sold an item to a buyer in the beginning of October, the product came just fine and no damage but the box it came in was in rough shape.I did ask the buyer several times if they would like a refund or to do a return,at least four times and no reply. It is now March and I finally got a response that they want a refund,After close to 6 months can they still ask for a refund.

Mentor6 months agoNo. If the buyer wanted a refund, s/he had to ask within 30 days of receipt of the item. Asking once would have been enough. Too late now.
