Refund after 6 months.
Hi, I bought an Item on January of 2024. The Item says, it was "Delivered" but it was returned to the Seller. The Seller acknowledged it was returned but the Item was not there. Seller filed a report at USPS and Police Report on April 2024. I was very patient with the Seller and mentioned that, it will take a while for USPS to respond. I followed up with the Seller and Seller responded on 07.15.2024 that USPS will mail me a check but on the attachment that the Seller sent, there was no Confirmation that a check will be sent (just "Search Request Details... from USPS." I sent 3 messages from the Seller in July and 2 in August 2024 but no response. Is there a chance that I can reach out to Ebay for a Refund? Hoping someone can shed some light. Thank you.

It is too late for eBay to help - you must file a not received claim within 30 days of the original estimated delivery date.
You could try calling your credit card issuer and see if they will open a dispute for an item not received. Most cards will help for 6 months, but it never hurts to ask.
