Refund a partial amount
How do I refund monies back to a buyer.
she accidentally got charged twice since it was two cards and I think i posted it incorrectly. She purchased both cards for one amount and since it was listed as 2 cards - EBay processed 2 amounts.

Mentor3 years agoMake sure of what happen, then if needed use the refund button in the drop down menu next to the item and put in the partial amount.
