Refund a late delivery purchase
Hi, I purchased an item yesterday and I made sure to ask the seller before purchasing if the item will arrive before July 13th cause I’m traveling out of the country for 3 weeks! The seller told me that I should receive it before that, so I went ahead and purchased the item. The delivery date was showing between July 11/July13th. Today July9th I got an email stating that the delivery date has changed to July 15th. I checked on usps’s website and it says the same thing (July15th) I won’t be here. And it’s definitely gonna be stolen cause usually they leave packages downstairs in front of the building’s door, and I have no one to pick it up for me. Can I get a refund in this type of situation? Your response would be highly appreciated.

Go to the carrier website and put in a vacation hold on all you mail so that it can be held and delivered when you're back.
