refund
I had cancelled an order, as it take too long to dispatch, but seller has not responded to my messages, i cancelled the order before it was dispatched. right now the system is waiting for me to return the item that i had never received. the self help section keep directing me in loop.
Please help on how to refund.

Buyers cannot cancel their orders. Sellers are not obligated to respond to messages.
The estimated date of delivery was shown on the listing page. You agreet to wait for the date of delivery when you purchased the item.
It sounds like you made a mistake and filed a Return Request in error.
