Refund
Seller not responding after I sent back return.. Ebay doesn't give me options to tell them the item was sent back, and there is nobody to talk to at eBay

Did you use the return shipping label that was provided?
If tracking indicates that the returned item has been delivered to the seller, go back to your Purchase History, find the item, click on view Return Request details and click on the link to have ebay step in to help you.
