@I can't seem to make a refund according to the amount that is owed is the same amount that is on hold in my eBay account why can't I make the refund using that accoun

·3 years agoIf the funds are not avaliable, you have to pay the refund.
You'll have to provide a debit/credit card to cover any refunds.
When the funds become avaliable, they will be sent to your checking account.
