How do I get ebay involved? The seller refuses to issue me a label to return product for a refund. They keep sending email to me saying they will send it tomorrow. This is somehow blocking me from contacting ebay to get them involved. How do I get ebay involved is resolving this issue?

·3 years agoIf the case has been open for 4 days, there should be an option to have Ebay to step in.
If not, have CS call you.
